Locomotive Driver in Cat. B100 Overhead Line Traction Vehicle

This is what you can move.

• In this exciting role, you operate the overhead line traction vehicle (FZM) to carry out maintenance and renewal work on overhead line systems.
• You transfer the overhead line traction vehicle between deployment sites and support construction site traffic with additional transport services on the rail if required.
• You independently perform demanding train movements up to 100 km/h, prepare the composition for the journey, and ensure the necessary operating rules.
• Independent work is as much a part of your everyday life as close cooperation in a two-person team - teamwork and clear agreements are crucial here.
• In the driver's cab as well as on the construction site, you contribute your manual dexterity and use various work equipment safely and professionally - safety always has top priority.

• You enjoy working both in a team and completing tasks independently. You are reliable and are characterized by high flexibility in everyday work.
• Irregular working hours including night and weekend work are part of your everyday work. You are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors.
• You have completed training as a locomotive driver VTE Category B100 or Cat. A and have gained practical experience as a locomotive driver of construction trains.
• You are characterized by a strong sense of safety and maintain calm and overview even in difficult and hectic situations.
• Fluent German skills (level C1) in spoken and written form are a requirement.
• You possess a driving license Category B.
