Construction Manager New Construction

As a construction manager, you will manage several parallel new construction sites in structural engineering and are responsible for planning, quality, and billing.

Tasks

• Independent management of several, parallel construction sites
• Resource planning and deployment
• Personnel and technical management of the construction teams including occupational safety and quality assurance
• Work preparation and construction sequence planning
• Measuring and profitable billing of the construction sites incl. warranty inspections
• Contact person for clients, business partners and employees
• Preparation and enforcement of additional offers

Profile

• Completed training in the main construction industry with further training as Dipl. Bauführer SBA, Techniker HF or comparable
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the realization of structural engineering projects, preferably new buildings
• Profound knowledge in construction site organization, construction sequence planning as well as cost and schedule management
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working with high team and customer orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
