Concierge at 50% M/F

For our partner, a company active in real estate management with an internal concierge service, we are looking for a Building Concierge at 50% (M/F) Your role: As a building concierge, you are the guarantor of the smooth functioning and maintenance of two rental buildings of approximately 80 apartments. You ensure the coordination of technical interventions and ensure an enjoyable and secure living environment for the tenants. Your responsibilities: • Ensure the maintenance of the exteriors: mowing, pruning, cleaning and snow removal • Guarantee the cleanliness and maintenance of order in the common areas (halls, staircases, basements, laundries, common rooms, etc.) • Control the quality of work carried out by commissioned companies • Manage waste (sorting, containers) and ensure seasonal tasks (salting, snow removal) • Monitor technical installations (heating, ventilation, lighting, etc.) • Maintain regular contact with tenants and intervene in case of need or emergency • Report any incident, damage or malfunction and ensure follow-up Your profile: • CFC as an operations agent or proven experience in a similar function (concierge, operations agent, building caretaker or equivalent) • Good basic technical knowledge of buildings • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written • Sense of organization, autonomy and service spirit • Rigorous, reliable and proactive personality • Interpersonal skills and good presentation Your advantages: • A permanent position at 50% (every morning) in a stable and professional environment • A varied, autonomous and rewarding activity • Attractive working conditions • The possibility to invest yourself long-term within a solid structure About us: At Safeguard Global Suisse, we specialize in staff leasing (temporary and permanent placement) and offer personalized solutions to support companies in their recruitment needs, throughout Switzerland and beyond.
