Your challenge In this key position, you will take responsibility for the coordination and further development of the project landscape in internationally operating teams. You will move between development, product management, and executive management. ~40% Project management Coordination and monitoring of all ongoing (internal) projects with suitable tools Establishment and further development of PMO structures Reporting to management ~25% Project management & project collaboration Leading and collaborating on projects (e.g., migrations, product rollouts) Use & possibly occasional development of AI tools/prompts ~25% Supervision and support in the further development of four agile development teams Supporting the teams in agile processes Moderating meetings and promoting efficient collaboration ~10% Coordination & communication Communication between development, product management, and other stakeholders Troubleshooting and support in daily operations Your qualities and talents Experience in agile IT project management (Scrum) ERP/CRM knowledge in the area of payroll accounting or personnel administration is a big plus Affinity for modern technologies, AI and knowledge of project management tools Further training in project management, business informatics, or business administration (e.g., IPMA, PSM, Scrum Master) If you also bring experience in the hospitality industry, you are the ideal candidate A proactive, open approach within the team and with customers is a matter of course for you You speak German & English fluently and ideally you can communicate in ösisch Do you want to learn more about this unique and exciting position at the best-known software manufacturer in the hospitality industry?
