MSW is a training center in the city of Winterthur for technical apprenticeships in the field of mechatronics. Thanks to the combination of the three training sites under one roof, theory and practice can be perfectly coordinated. This comprehensive training allows learners to proceed to the university of applied sciences, and MSW constitutes an alternative to gymnasium training. MSW trains apprentices in the trades of automation, electronics, and polymechanics.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a committed and motivated workshop trainer / professional trainer in automation CFC with an activity rate of 40 %.

This position offers you an ideal entry into the function of professional trainer. You will already assume responsibility for apprentices in basic training. You will have the opportunity to acquire valuable experience in the training of young people and to develop yourself in this exciting and responsible task. In this versatile function, you transmit professional and transversal skills and support our apprentices on their path towards a successful entry into the professional world.

Your tasks ##

• Train, guide, and supervise apprentices in basic training on a professional level
• Transmit professional, methodological, and social skills
• Recognize and promote talents individually

Your profile ##

• Completed training as an automation technician CFC with continuing education at the tertiary level or equivalent training
• Knowledge in the fields of: electrotechnics, electrical diagrams, pneumatics
• Several years of professional experience as well as constant continuing education in these fields
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and autonomy
• Willingness to undergo professional and pedagogical continuing education
