Nurse Long-term Care Goldau

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH in long-term care, you are a permanent reference person for your residents. In Goldau, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement with a workload of 40 – 100 %. You take over care and nursing within the reference person system, conduct the nursing process, document the progress, and actively help shape the everyday life of the residents.

What awaits you in this challenging task

• Planning, management, support, documentation, and evaluation of the nursing process according to quality and nursing standards
• Cooperation with the medical service and implementation of medical prescriptions
• Ensuring meaningful everyday life design oriented towards the needs and possibilities of the residents
• Responsibility for the administration and professional handling of medication and material
• Participation in RAI-LTCF assessments as well as taking on daily responsibilities in everyday nursing

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent qualification
• Experience in long-term care, ideally also as a Berufsbildnerin or Berufsbildner
• Knowledge in the application of RAI-LTCF
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Resilience, flexibility, and team spirit
• Independent, structured way of working as well as joy in dealing with people
