careköniz AG operates in the health and care sector and offers services for elderly as well as people in need of care and assistance. careköniz includes SPITEX Region Köniz with around 800 customers and the Alterszentrum Lilienweg with 138 places. On 1 January 2025, careköniz was formed from the merger of SPITEX Region Köniz and logisplus and today employs around 370 employees.

Your main tasks

• Customer administration SPITEX: Administrative recording and processing of customer data, maintenance of master data, tariff systems
• Billing: Demand reporting procedure, accounts receivable accounting with service recording/invoicing, support in dunning management
• IT coordination for NEXUS/ SPITEX application and the Mobile Device Management (MDM) of mobile devices, update organization and coordination, regular exchange with nursing staff (KeyUser) and network meetings (lead operation of the NEXUS / SPITEX application)
• Controlling: Creation of various controlling evaluations for the management and leadership
• Data protection officer including data protection training for Spitex employees
• Archive management, support in the membership administration of the association

Your profile

• Education and/or further training in accounting or several years of professional experience
• High IT affinity, ideally in the Spitex area
• Good comprehension and logical, analytical thinking
• Ideally, you know the NEXUS / SPITEX application
• You value high independence as much as working in a small team
