Responsibility for the planning and execution of hospital invoice control (incl. claims) Independent processing and assessment of requests for cost coverage for extra-cantonal hospitalisations in cooperation with the cantonal medical service Technical and administrative support for the Hospital Care Department, the cantonal medical service, and the office management Advice, support, and comprehensive provision of information on issues in the field of hospital invoices (internal and external stakeholders) Management of various administrative processes and registers, particularly in the area of epidemiological reports, methadone dispensing permits, as well as cantonal vaccination programs Examination and processing of requests as well as granting of permits for the specialist offices Healthcare Professionals and Medicinal Products Control Examination of reports and issuance of report confirmations for healthcare professionals

Commercial or medical vocational training (EFZ) Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system or public administration is an advantage Exact, structured and independent way of working as well as rapid comprehension Affinity in handling software in the healthcare field and databases/registers Good written and oral communication skills in German Enjoyment of contact with healthcare professionals
