For our client, an established Swiss company in the field of technical building equipment, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Senior Project Manager Heating / Cooling (m/f).

The company realizes demanding projects around the technical infrastructure of buildings and accompanies its customers from planning through implementation to successful completion. For this responsible position, we are looking for a technically proficient and organizationally strong personality who can lead projects independently and at the same time enjoys working in a team.

Your Task ##

• Planning, coordination and realization of medium to large projects in the field of heating and cooling.
• Independent management of the projects entrusted to you, from preparation to implementation.
• Coordination of the involved internal and external bodies and ensuring a smooth project process.
• Preparation of technical and commercial offers.
• Support in the selection and procurement of materials, components and services.
• Accompanying and coordinating the planning phase as well as monitoring the implementation on the construction site.
• Coordination with customers, suppliers, specialist planners and other project partners.
• Active participation in the further development of projects and in the search for technically and economically optimal solutions.

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as a building services technician specializing in heating or a comparable technical qualification.
• Further training at HF, FH level or a comparable higher professional education is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of heating and/or cooling technology.
• Experience in the independent planning and processing of projects.
• Good knowledge of project management and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the field of steam or steam systems is a plus.
• Confident appearance and enjoyment of direct contact with customers and project partners.
• Resilience as well as a solution-oriented and structured way of working.
• Strong teamwork skills and at the same time the ability to take responsibility independently.
