Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Planning and coordination of various examinations as well as substance orders • Telephone, electronic and written appointment information/appointment allocation • Central communication point between patients, medical staff and hospitals • Processing of external registrations and preparation for planning • Patient admission at the counter (outpatient case opening for billing and greeting of patients) • Dispatch of findings and images to referrers, medical staff and patients Your profile • Completed medical training (DA, MPA, or similar) or commercial training • Work experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage • Flawless German skills, any further foreign language is an advantage • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite • Great sense of responsibility and empathy as well as exemplary conduct with our internal and external customers Our benefits We look forward to your application Daniel Buschor Recruiting About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
