Job description ##

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Collaboration in the pre-production, production, and packaging of high-quality convenience products.
• Support in all shifts to ensure a smooth production process.
• We are looking for an operations employee immediately until 31 December 2026, with the option of extension.
• Working time is from 12:00 to 22:30.

Requirements:

• Completed training in the food industry or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in handling modern production facilities and processes.
• Strong quality awareness and the ability to maintain high standards.
• Good PC skills, especially in MS Office, to record and evaluate production data.
• Reliable, precise, and conscientious way of working that contributes to the efficiency of the team.
• Ability to work in a team and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High degree of independence and sense of responsibility to manage tasks autonomously.
• Flexibility regarding working hours to meet the requirements of production.
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation as well as on weekends to achieve production goals.
• Good German skills in speaking and writing to promote communication in the team.
• Mobility, preferably with your own car, to reach the workplace without problems.
