In the department of outpatient medical consultations, the secretariats of cardiology, acute geriatrics, endocrinology with Dexa, gastroenterology, pneumology, personnel consultation, IZ laboratory and EEG are united. Your tasks ### • Ensuring a smooth process of the medical outpatient consultation • Scheduling consultation, treatment and diagnostic appointments • Performing specific, diagnostic activities in the field of application with patient care as well as assistance during examinations • Performing venous and capillary blood sampling • Correction and dispatch of various outpatient reports, drafting various correspondence as well as, if required, minute-taking for various meetings • Targeted support in process development • Conscientious maintenance of patient files in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision) and being the telephone contact person for patients as well as internal and external partners Your profile ### • A completed vocational training preferably as MPA with radiology diploma, or Fachperson Gesundheit with the readiness to acquire a radiology diploma • A high affinity for handling medical technology devices and PC • Stylish German with profound terminology knowledge, with which you reflect our professionalism when correcting medical reports, as well as in processing all correspondence • Forward-looking organizational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-oriented and highly patient- and service-oriented personality • Interest and joy in the profession and interdisciplinary teamwork • Readiness to contribute inputs, learn new things and help shape the further development of the outpatient consultations Your chance ### A very exciting and varied activity in a modern and future-oriented hospital with a wide range of services awaits you immediately or by arrangement.
