Aircraft Mechanic / Technician Mechanical F/A-18 80-100% (f/m/d)

What you can achieve

• Carrying out work in periodic maintenance on the F/A-18 of the Swiss Air Force
• Performing modification and inspection orders on the aircraft
• Unplanned repairs on the F/A-18
• Participation in internal on-the-job training and aviation-relevant courses

What you bring with you

• Completed basic mechanical training (e.g., automotive specialist, plant and apparatus builder, polymechanic EFZ or similar specialty)
• Strong technical talent as well as interest in working in a military environment
• Good oral and written English skills (approx. First / B1 level)
• Openness and flexibility to be introduced to and trained in job- and aviation-specific knowledge
• Reliable and clean way of working with a great sense of responsibility and high endurance
• Resilient, team-oriented, and committed personality
• Swiss citizenship (due to the nature of the function)
