WRS Widmer Rail Services AG is a family-run railway undertaking (EVU) that operates in the three linguistic regions (German, French, Italian) of Switzerland as well as in Germany, Italy and Austria. For this purpose, WRS uses its own extensive locomotive fleet, own shunting capacities as well as own personnel (locomotive drivers and shunters) and also trains them independently if necessary. WRS also operates via several locations in all parts of the country to offer its customers perfect service.

Due to continuous growth, we are looking for several responsible and flexible personalities for our motivated teams at the Basel depot as well as Oensingen / Solothurn, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your challenges:

• Driving services as a locomotive driver in freight transport
• Pre- and post-processing of the trains
• Shunting services

What you should bring with you:

• Training as a shunting locomotive driver Cat. A40 or locomotive driver Cat. B100 / B
• Car driver's license mandatory
• Very good German skills as well as confident handling of IT programs (MS-Office)
• Readiness for flexible work assignments (shift work / night and weekend assignments)
• Flexible, resilient and solution-oriented personality
