Stiftung Noveos - perspectives for people with mental impairment - is a company with the goal of creating added value for the individual person and for society. In our various operations and residential offerings, we enable people with mental impairment and persons with autism spectrum disorders to have a life, living, and working environment that meets their needs.

Brocki Pfannenstil is an institution of Stiftung Noveos and offers professionally supported work opportunities for people with mental impairment. The goal is to promote their professional and social integration in the best possible way.

As one of currently nine operations of Stiftung Noveos, which are distributed throughout the entire catchment area from Zürcher Oberland to the right bank of Lake Zurich, Brocki Pfannenstil currently offers over 66 protected jobs for rehabilitation as well as long-term assignments. In addition, developmental trainings as well as training with EBA and EFZ qualifications in the areas of retail and logistics are offered.

The collection team of Brocki Pfannenstil also undertakes professional apartment and house clearances. Salvageable items are carefully sorted and prepared in the Brocki and then presented attractively for sale in the appropriate departments.

What are your tasks?

In this function, you assume overall responsibility for our sales and production operation. You lead a team of nine specialist employees (including six on-call assistants) and, together with them, design an attractive, customer-oriented shop. In addition to active participation in sales and competent advice to our customers, creative shop design and the further development of the assortment are also part of your daily routine. A central component of your task is also the guidance and accompaniment of employees with a performance impairment. You also bear the responsibility for the training and supervision of our retail apprentice.

What do we want from you?

For this versatile position, we are looking for a personality with several years of leadership experience as well as sound knowledge in sales, ideally in the secondhand sector. You think and act economically and at the same time socially, are open, flexible and communicative. Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview and convince through resilience as well as a structured and independent way of working. You like to roll up your sleeves, are well organized and contribute your own ideas. Your pronounced social competence, your joy in team leadership as well as your ability to motivate and inspire others set you apart. Daily contact with our customers and with people with mental impairment gives you joy and you see it as an enriching task.
