Bern, Schweiz (und Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make • Operate and develop modern monitoring and observability solutions based on Prometheus, Grafana and Microsoft SCOM; ensure their stability and future viability • Drive automation in the environment of event and monitoring management; develop efficient solutions with Ansible, APIs and other automation tools • Define standards, architectures and best practices for cross-technology monitoring solutions; continuously develop the platform • Integrate monitoring solutions into existing operating processes and ITSM workflows; work closely with ServiceNow as well as internal stakeholders • Analyze the requirements of our customers and develop tailor-made solutions; evaluate new technologies and trends in the field of observability and monitoring <br /> This makes you unique • Degree as Informatiker/-in EFZ required; further training at HF level, Fachausweis, Fachhochschule or comparable technical training desired • Several years of experience in the engineering & operation of monitoring/observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, SCOM or similar) incl. automation with Ansible & IaC • Know-how in IT Service Management (ServiceNow) as well as experience in complex infrastructure and integration projects • Routine in the agile SAFe environment (Scrum/Kanban); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; holistic understanding of complex system landscapes • Very good communication and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of a second official language as well as English skills for technical exchange <br /> In a nutshell Are you enthusiastic about modern observability platforms, do you think end-to-end and want to not only operate monitoring but actively develop it further?
