For our Domdidier site with more than 450 employees, we are looking for an

Area Sales Manager - Building Mittelland / Central Switzerland - 100%

You manage the existing clientele and win new customers and markets in your sales area (BE/SO/LU/OW/NW). You are responsible for short, medium, and long-term distribution turnover objectives in your sales area in collaboration with the Product Managers and the Sales Engineers.

What does the position look like? ##

• Budget planning, distribution, and turnover objectives
• Customer and zone responsibility for the entire product range
• Regular visits to customers and customer follow-up
• Maintenance of existing clientele and acquisition of new customers and markets in your sales area
• Building and promoting strong and lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs
• Permanent control of budgets and sales statistics
• Support for the relevant Product Managers for the implementation of objectives through market observations
• Participation in international events and meetings

What do we expect from you? ##

• Basic training in electrical engineering with good knowledge of building technology and automation
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset as well as a desire for continuous improvement
• Fluent command of German in speaking and writing, English is an asset
• Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
