Your Tasks ### • Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of various production systems, including extruder, coating, stranding, and wrapping systems • Provision of the required raw materials based on production orders and bills of materials • Setting and adjusting machine parameters according to production specifications and recipes • Carrying out and documenting quality checks and attenuation measurements during the manufacturing process • Handing over the produced reels, including complete production documentation, to the next process step • Performing cleaning, maintenance, and simple servicing work on the systems • Participation in the implementation of 5S standards as well as support for a continuous improvement process based on shop floor KPIs Your Profile ### • Completed technical or mechanical vocational training, for example as a plastics technologist, plant operator, or in a comparable profession • Experience in operating and setting up industrial production systems • Technical understanding as well as an independent, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working • Readiness to work in a 4-shift system • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Distinct color vision; knowledge in the field of Lean Management or 5S is an advantage We Offer ### • A varied activity in a modern production plant • Regulated 40-hour week with predictable working hours • Diverse training and further education opportunities • Staff restaurant as well as free parking spaces including E-charging station • Financial support for a Half-Fare travelcard as well as fitness and swimming subscriptions • Collegial working environment with careful induction Would you like to contribute your technical skills to a modern production plant?
