SPA/Pool Receptionist

What you achieve with us As a Spa Receptionist, you are the face of our spa area and take over the professional personal and telephone consulting and care of our guests. You take care of the reservations for our treatments and ensure that our guests receive a timely and suitable appointment. The deployment planning of the rooms and therapists is also within your area of responsibility, to ensure a smooth process of the treatments and to guarantee the satisfaction of our guests. In addition to your work at the reception, you are also responsible for the sale of wellness and beauty products, to offer our guests a holistic wellness experience. You create the daily billing and carefully maintain the guest file, to ensure a transparent and efficient administration of all bookings and customer data.
