Dipl. Nursing Specialists HF/FH

We are looking for Dipl. specialists HF/FH with case management - Acute and Chroin Care 60-90% for one of our Spitex clients. YOUR TASKS: • Resource- and goal-oriented nursing and care • Advice and support for relatives • Case management through planning, steering and evaluation of the nursing process • Instruction, coaching and advice for nursing staff of other competency levels • Responsibility for careful and complete management of nursing documentation • Introduction and support of new employees, apprentices and students • Interdisciplinary cooperation with employees, specialist agencies and doctors REQUIREMENTS: • Completed nursing training at tertiary level • Friendly and appreciative appearance as well as physical and psychological resilience • Enjoyment of change and of interprofessional cooperation in the team • High sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility • Good knowledge of the German language in speaking and writing, at least level B2 • Driver's license Cat.
