Trainee Lawyer 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research in Swiss law
• Draft contracts, conventions and other legal documents
• Participate in the preparation of hearings, pleadings and procedural files
• Analyze and review legal documents and contractual pieces
• Assist lawyers in the processing of files and mandates
• Provide a first level of legal advice to clients
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and the entire team

Profile

• University education in Swiss law successfully completed
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills
• Strong interest in business law and litigation practice
• Rigor, analytical mind and great intellectual curiosity
• Perfect mastery of French and ease with standard IT tools
