Tasks in the main area of Quality Control:
Carrying out all inspections in the value chain to ensure the quality standard of our products

Support for the Quality Engineering and Q-Engineering areas

Responsibility for carrying out the individual quality inspections according to specifications

Filling out the necessary verification documents in coordination with the Q-technicians of the manufacturing cells

Directing defective products in coordination with the Q-technician of the manufacturing cell

Creation of quality deviation reports for internal and external purposes

Responsibility for carrying out the batch release (DHR)
Flexible support in other areas:

Flexible support in other areas such as plate production, packaging and labeling, quality control, warehouse, etc., depending on current needs and operational priorities

Compliance with area-specific safety, quality and GMP specifications, regardless of the respective area of application

Occasional, day-by-day assignments at the Umkirch location are also possible

Requirements

Experience in a production environment, ideally in medical technology or in a quality environment

Careful, precise way of working and high quality awareness

High flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with different areas of responsibility

Teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation

Reliability as well as a good understanding of specifications and documentation obligations

Flexibility in working time scheduling (e.g., shift or assignment times depending on the area) is required

Very good German in speaking and writing (B2), English is an advantage
