We are looking for qualified reinforcement for our client in Laufen, starting immediately, as: HR Specialist 60-80% (a) Your tasks • Independent handling of the entire personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment through on-boarding and off-boarding to the processing of insurance cases and the creation of certificates. • Responsibility for client administration including on-boarding and off-boarding as well as mutations of service agreements. • Creation and evaluation of personnel statistics as well as support in HR controlling. • Preparation of employment contracts, personnel agreements, work certificates, and individual continuing education agreements. • Preparation of wage-relevant data and maintenance of master personnel data in close cooperation with the external fiduciary office. • Taking on the function as the data protection officer of the foundation. • Participation in exciting HR projects and active contribution to the further development of HR processes. • Support in the maintenance and further development of the time tracking system Your profile • Completed commercial training as well as further training as an HR Specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis). • Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function. • Confident handling of common MS Office applications. • Good knowledge of labor and social insurance law is an advantage. • Ideally, you already have experience in the social sector. • You are an open, empathetic, and integral personality with an independent, structured, and responsible way of working Do you have any questions?
