Welcome to 2M2C - Montreux Music & Convention Centre, an iconic venue located on the shores of Lake Geneva. With its 18,000 m² of multifunctional event spaces, the Centre hosts festivals, congresses, and large-scale events throughout the year in a unique setting. Recently renovated and now reopened for events, 2M2C is entering an essential phase of stabilization and optimization of its facilities. Building Technical Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations and a member of the steering committee, you are the guarantor of the smooth technical functioning of 2M2C. You ensure the reliability, compliance, safety, and performance of the facilities and equipment, while supervising and supporting a team of versatile technicians.

In this role, you:

• organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, in connection with the Building Technical Coordination (CTB), and coordinate internal interventions as well as those of specialized service providers.
• manage the technical installations of the building: electricity, HVAC, climate comfort, lighting and KNX/DALI home automation, BMS/GTB, fire safety installations, access control systems, and other technical equipment.
• guarantee the monitoring of regulatory inspections, the compliance of installations, and the maintenance of technical documentation: plans, reports, procedures, and registers.
• supervise the technical team: organization of work and schedules, management of on-call duties, skill development, transmission of knowledge, and respect for safety rules and procedures.
• ensure first-level diagnostics and interventions and coordinate the intervention of specialists when necessary.
• manage and develop the use of CMMS to ensure rigorous monitoring of equipment, interventions, and maintenance operations.
• coordinate technical needs related to events, in close collaboration with the Operations and Events teams: electrical supplies, cable pulls, distribution boards, specific lighting, thermal comfort, and access management.
• ensure the proper functioning of installations and the comfort of users before, during, and after events.
• ensure the proper organization of technical and fire safety missions belonging to your department, the availability of necessary skills, as well as the proper application of procedures, controls, and corrective measures.
• collaborate closely with the person designated as the fire safety officer and provide them with the organizational and technical support necessary for the exercise of their function. Depending on your profile and aspirations, this function may also be entrusted to you.
• manage the technical service budget, monitor performance indicators, and contribute to the optimization of resources, contracts, and investments.
• contribute actively to energy efficiency as well as the continuous improvement of installations, organization, and processes.
• ensure operational availability adapted to the Centre's event activity, including on-call duties and occasional interventions in the evening, at night, or on weekends.

Your profile:

• You hold a recognized technical qualification - CFC, federal diploma, or higher diploma - in the fields of electricity, maintenance, or technical building management.
• You benefit from proven experience in the technical operation of a complex building. Experience in the event, cultural, hotel, hospital sector or in a site welcoming the public constitutes a real asset.
• You have solid skills in electricity and good knowledge of OIBT and NIBT standards.
• You possess good diagnostic, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HVAC, BMS/GTB, KNX/DALI, access control, fire safety, and CMMS constitutes serious assets.
• Training or experience in the field of fire safety is particularly appreciated, without constituting a necessary condition for engagement.
• You are comfortable with security and compliance issues and know how to integrate these responsibilities into your department's organization.
• You benefit from experience in supervising a team and coordinating external service providers.
• Autonomous, versatile, curious, and pragmatic, you enjoy field work as much as coordination, organization, and monitoring.
• You demonstrate rigor, calmness, and a sharp sense of responsibility.
• You have perfect command of French. Knowledge of English is an asset.
• You are available for flexible hours, including occasionally evenings, nights, and weekends depending on event activity
