For our client, an innovative and customer-oriented Swiss health insurance company, we are looking for a dynamic personality who actively shapes digital trends and health-related added value.

Your Tasks

• Product & Service Lifecycle: Development and market positioning of innovative offers and health services.
• Data-based Management: Analysis of market, customer, and business data to derive growth and profitability measures.
• Innovation & Digitalization: Use of AI, digital approaches, and data-driven models for the further development of the portfolio.
• Conception & Implementation: Creation of business cases as well as specialist concepts and management of interdisciplinary implementation.
• Project Management: Leading and accompanying cross-departmental initiatives with internal interfaces and external partners.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Education: Higher business administration education (FH/Uni).
• Experience: Several years of practical experience in product management within the insurance or health industry.
• Skills: Strong in analytics and conception, combined with high pragmatism and initiative.
• Technology Affinity: Enthusiasm for digitalization, AI, and modern health trends.
• Personality: Strong communication skills, persuasive, hands-on, and consistently customer-oriented.
