Your Task ##

• Payroll processing including social security and annual financial statements
• Accompanying the Employee Lifecycle from entry to exit
• Recruiting and support in labor law issues
• Organization of events
• Supervision of commercial apprentices and participation in international HR projects

Your Profile ##

• HR federal diploma (HR-Fachausweis) and at least 5 years of experience in a comparable function
• Sound payroll experience including social security, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
• Good English skills for exchange with the international HR team
• Independent, structured way of working with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
