Job Description ##

• Independent execution of new builds or renovations
• Issuing and monitoring work (fitters, apprentices, subcontractors)
• Participation in construction meetings (representation of the PL if necessary)
• Maintaining a construction journal
• Writing hourly reports, measurement controls, plan controls
• Control of weekly reports
• Material orders from wholesalers
• Scheduling of the installation personnel
• Ensuring the achievement of work specifications

We expect ##

• Completed vocational training in Switzerland as Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ, Montage-Elektriker/in EFZ or an equivalent training recognized by ESTI
• Several years of practical experience as a site supervising fitter
• Independent working is a prerequisite
• You are used to dealing with apprentices and fitters
• You are willing to teach the apprentices something
• Neat appearance and structured way of working
• German language in spoken and written form
• Enthusiasm and commitment
