Your role with us

You will manage art projects holistically from planning to execution:

• Project management: Operational handling of national and international art transports (air, sea, road).
• Customer support: Advising museums, galleries, auction houses and private collectors.
• Network & Customs: Cooperation with our global network, customs agencies as well as creation of transport- and customs-relevant documents.
• Billing: Order billing and cost control.

What you bring with you

• Education: Commercial basic training (ideally Speditionskaufmann/-frau EFZ) or comparable qualification.
• Experience: Practice in freight forwarding (sea, air, truck); experience in art or special logistics is an advantage.
• Languages: Fluent German and very good English; other languages are an advantage.
• Profile: Organizational talent, composure, discretion and customer orientation.
