For one of our clients, we are looking for a Pension Service Manager 100% (m / f) For one of our clients, we are looking for a Pension Service Manager in a permanent contract at 100% based in the canton of Vaud. The Manager will be responsible for leading the occupational pension service. Pension Service Manager 100% (m / f) Our client is a fine Swiss occupational pension foundation. Missions Operational management of the service; Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of all activities; Ensuring the quality of services; Preferred point of contact for the director of the pension funds; Governance and institutional relations; Supervising teams and establishing a culture of continuous improvement; Coordinating pension benefits with other social benefits; Participating in the development of the strategy for the pension institutions; Steering projects related to the activity, notably IT; Ensuring coordination with external providers; Participating in the development of communication to the insured, notably via the new website; Reporting to Management; Participation in daily office life. Candidate Profile Training in pension or insurance; Similar and significant experience in a managerial position in pension and/or insurance in Switzerland; Good managerial skills; Comfortable with IT tools and change; Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written; Good command of the German language, both spoken and written, ideally; Mastery of Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish as an asset; Rigorous, charismatic, team player & organized; Human-oriented and good communicator; Discretion and sense of confidentiality; Swiss residence mandatory.
