At enovetic, we develop innovative solutions for the Swiss labor market. For our SaaS team, we are looking for a dedicated personality who successfully manages projects, accompanies changes, and acts as an interface between business and IT.
You will take responsibility for exciting projects surrounding our solutions easytemp and easymission and ensure that requirements, processes, and changes are successfully implemented.

• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
• Resource capacity planning and prioritization of changes according to CAB decisions
• Overall responsibility for projects from initiation to successful completion
• Collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements together with customers and development
• Ensuring high quality of the delivered solutions
• Identification and management of project risks as well as initiation of suitable measures
• Control and management of internal and external stakeholders
• Regular reporting to management
• Completed training or studies in the field of business informatics, informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management and/or change management
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is an advantage
• Initial experience in leading an IT team
• Experience in requirements management and in the cooperation between business and IT
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills. French skills are an advantage
