Job description
Accompanying with heart - Growing together For our family-like daycare center kitaRo in Roggwil, we are looking for a committed and warm pedagogical specialist FaBe Kind EFZ starting from October 1, 2026, or by arrangement, who enjoys lovingly accompanying children in their development and actively helping to shape our varied daycare everyday life. Your tasks

Care and promotion of children from 3 months up to entry into kindergarten
Co-shaping a varied, child-friendly everyday life
Trustful cooperation with the parents
Accompanying and instructing learners (optional)
What you bring with you

Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ
Joy, empathy and enthusiasm for working with children
Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
