For an owner-managed architecture and construction management office in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an independent specialist for building construction projects in new construction and renovation. You bear the technical, financial, and organizational responsibility and ensure costs, deadlines, and quality. In the medium to long term, advancement to the executive management is planned.

The office provides architectural services in structural engineering and civil engineering, construction management, general planning, as well as general and total contracting -- from project planning and monument preservation and client consultancy to execution.

Your tasks

• Independent management of building construction projects in new construction and renovation
• Cost planning with Messerli BauAD
• Tendering and awarding with Messerli BauAD
• Order and contract management, work and warranty acceptance, reporting, project administration
• Coordination and implementation on the construction site
• Close cooperation with architects, specialist planners, and contractors
• Acceptance of construction services and defect management

Your profile

• Several years of management of construction projects, ideally structural or civil engineering
• Building draughtsman with building construction practice or construction technician HF/TS or construction manager HF/TS or architect FH
• Construction management experience as well as training or further education in Switzerland
• Confident German in speaking and writing
• High initiative, sense of responsibility, assertiveness
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working
• Driver's license category B
