Your area of responsibility

As Commercial Director, you assume global responsibility for the commercial growth strategy of our company. In this key role, you actively contribute to the definition of the corporate strategy, drive market and business development, and lead the Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success departments with a clear focus on sustainable growth and the long-term success of the company.

• Development and implementation of the growth and commercial development strategy for Switzerland as well as participation in the definition of the corporate strategy as a member of the management board.
• Direction of the Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success departments.
• Management of commercial performance via KPI management, forecasting, CRM and reporting.
• Evolution of the sales strategy as well as prospecting for new customers, markets and business opportunities.
• Responsibility for strategic tenders, bidding processes and negotiations at C-Level.
• Establishment and maintenance of lasting customer relationships at the management and senior executive level.
• Responsibility for marketing and communication activities, brand management as well as development of market presence.

Your profile

• Personality eager to make things happen and write the next chapter of Compass Group in Switzerland.
• University degree in business administration, management, hotel management or equivalent training.
• Several years of experience in strategic sales management, business development or commercial management, ideally in the hospitality or facility management sector.
• Proven success in complex sales processes and negotiations at executive and C-Level.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, develop and sustainably lead teams towards success.
• Excellent command of German and English, both oral and written; knowledge of French is an asset.
