Introduction

For our client, an established and successful real estate company in Basel, we are looking for an engaged and customer-oriented personality as a Real Estate Manager (80-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

Independent management of a portfolio with a focus on residential properties

Support and advice for owners, tenants, and other stakeholders

Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cost controls

Examination, booking, and control of accounts payable invoices

Responsibility for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of maintenance and upkeep measures

Conducting condition assessments including reporting and recommendations for action

Processing of lease agreement amendments and rent adjustments

Advising owners on tenancy law and management-relevant issues

Management and coordination of external service providers and facility management partners

Technical leadership as well as support and development of employees

Profile

Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager or comparable further training in the real estate sector

Several years of professional experience in real estate management

Good knowledge of tenancy law as well as technical understanding in the construction and maintenance sector

Independent, structured, and responsible way of working

High service and customer orientation

Strong communication and resilient personality with a confident appearance

Enjoyment in working with a wide variety of stakeholders

Affinity for digital processes and modern technologies

Further language skills are an advantage
