M&A / Private Equity / Acquisition As an economist or lawyer, you have a great passion for the consulting business and have already been able to process several transactions. Our client is a boutique consulting company in the Canton of Aargau (with further offices in Bern or will open a new location in Zürich in 2026), specialized in succession planning in the Swiss SME environment. Since growth is currently present and the M&A expertise is to be further expanded, we are looking for a dynamic and committed personality as M&A Manager # YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY You understand the transaction business, perform company valuations and answer all questions from your clients regarding a potential sale process. You process demanding mandates independently or support the team with complex transactions in the area of company sales in the Swiss SME environment, from the first contact to closing (due diligence audits, analyzing all figures, etc.). With your expertise and your experience, you also take on the acquisition of new customers and thereby strengthen the further expansion of the company. Furthermore, you have a significant network within the Swiss SME structures and know how to address and utilize it. With your result- and customer-oriented way of working, your flexibility and your team spirit, you always maintain an overview even in complex situations and have a good sense of what is feasible. YOUR PERSONALITY You have an economic/legal education, ideally further training towards financial analysis (such as CFA, CAIA), several years of expertise in transaction consulting (e.g., in the Private Equity environment) and are a passionate sales personality (at least 5 years of experience in sales/customer acquisition). Your thinking is entrepreneurial, you possess a quick grasp, as well as high social competence and excellent communication skills. Stylish German and very good English skills round off your profile.
