As part of its development in Suisse romande, our client, a small company based in Genève, is looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker. Missions Your mission You will take charge of an already established portfolio of properties and benefit from a regular flow of new mandates. Unlike many positions on the market, prospecting represents a limited part of your activity. Your priority is to accompany sellers and buyers until the conclusion of transactions. Candidate profile Profile sought Minimum 2 years of successful experience as a real estate broker in Switzerland. Excellent knowledge of the Swiss real estate market. Ability to manage a portfolio of properties with full autonomy. Sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Ease in negotiation and transaction follow-up. Driver's license and mobility in Suisse romande. You are Autonomous and organized. Entrepreneurial in your approach. Result-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
