Description ###

As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Basel, we are currently looking for a motivated and committed warehouse logistics employee for a fixed-term assignment of 12 months.

The performance module Logistic Solutions Basel & Kaiseraugst offers business services, provides high-quality, cost-efficient offers, and identifies trends early. Providing simple and uncomplicated access to the various services for all employees is a central concern. We meet different requirements with expertise and ensure operational relief, effective use of existing assets, and compliance-compliant procedures.

Logistic Solutions takes care of goods and shipments that arrive on the site, are stored and distributed here, or leave the location. As a Warehouse Operational Services employee in Basel, you will be active in the operational processes at the Bau 41 logistics center. The tasks include the processing of export orders, destructions, and portioning of various products.

Activities ###

• Responsible for the correct operational processing of processes (warehouse management / goods receipt / goods issue) while complying with compliance requirements (GMP, dangerous goods, etc.)
• Execution of goods receipts and goods issues
• Checking materials for correct quantity, material, and batch number
• Packaging and processing of GMP, dangerous goods, chilled, and frozen shipments for goods issue
• Proactive participation in process optimizations and quality improvements
• Supporting supervisors in the optimization of processes, audits and inspections, and the updating of SOPs
• Participation in projects
• Assistance in maintenance, identification, and rectification of malfunctions
• Posting shipments in the various SAP systems
• Carrying out the inventory

Requirements ###

• Completed vocational training as a Logistiker EFZ
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the pharma sector
• Proven experience in the GMP / GDP area
• Very good PC skills (SAP, Office, and other application programs)
• Completed driving test for industrial trucks
• Very good German language skills, oral and written, B2
• Good business understanding, service-oriented, and high flexibility
• High degree of structured and independent way of working
• High degree of customer orientation and professional and proactive handling of all stakeholders
• Structured, focused, and organized way of working, assertiveness, motivated, working independently, and resilient
