Your tasks • You take over the operational management of a strategic program for the expansion of life and non-life business. • You establish governance, structures, and control mechanisms for successful program management. • You coordinate and lead sub-projects and their project managers and ensure overarching control. • You further develop the program planning, are responsible for the roadmap, and control resources and priorities. • You finalize business cases and investment plans in close cooperation with the specialist departments. • You ensure transparent reporting based on KPIs, milestones, and target figures. • You act as a central interface between business, IT, and other stakeholders and prepare decisions for steering committees and management. Your profile • Several years of experience in leading complex programs, transformations, or large projects. • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, ideally in the Swiss market and in life and/or non-life business. • Experience in developing business cases, investment plans, and strategic roadmaps. • Proven ability to transfer strategic concepts into concrete implementation programs. • Confident demeanor and experience in dealing with stakeholders at the top management level. • Practical experience with classical and agile approaches. • Pronounced communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills.
