On an exclusive mandate basis, we are looking for a leadership personality to take over the internal sales department and specifically develop the existing team, starting immediately or by arrangement. Opportunity. f/m Your tasks A well-coordinated team, clear processes, and an internal sales department that works – this is exactly where you start and roll up your sleeves. Around 70 % of your time you are actively involved in daily business. From order processing and the creation of offers to the handling of customer inquiries. At the same time, you take over the technical and personnel leadership of a well-coordinated team of 8 employees. You support and coach your team in everyday life and ensure that order processing and customer care function efficiently and reliably. Furthermore, you work closely with field service, purchasing, and logistics, ensuring that the interfaces interlock smoothly and thereby ensuring a high service quality. Finally, you analyze existing processes, identify potential for optimization, and actively contribute to the further development of processes in the internal sales department.
