Your tasks with us: ## • Monitoring the sales area: You use state-of-the-art CCTV technologies to always maintain an overview. In doing so, you discreetly observe the movements and activities in the sales rooms and recognize suspicious behavior at an early stage. Your sharp eye and your attention contribute decisively to preventing shoplifting. • Suspicion investigation and interception: As soon as you detect a theft or suspicious activity, you immediately take the initiative. You proceed calmly and confidently, verify the identity of the suspicious person and, if necessary, perform interceptions. In doing so, you always act professionally and prudently. Your confident appearance and your calm manner help you to sovereignly control the situation in critical moments. • Questioning and clarification: After an interception, you conduct the initial questioning of the affected persons. Your task is to record all necessary information precisely and prepare the case for possible further steps. • Preparation of reports: Every incident requires detailed and precise reporting. You write written reports about suspicious activities and incidents that serve as a basis for legal steps or internal analyses. • Support of the sales staff: You provide advisory support to the staff on-site, especially regarding questions of security and prevention. Together with the team, you work on closing security gaps and making the sales area even safer. • Cooperation with external security services: In some cases, you work closely with external security services or the police. You act as the central contact person on-site and coordinate further procedures in security-relevant matters.
