Missions #####

• Develop projects for the extensions, refurbishments, and connections of district heating networks
• Study and implement multi-fluid and mono-fluid projects
• Manage and pilot projects as well as stakeholders (engineering offices, companies, other municipal services)
• Establish and monitor schedules in collaboration with other business managers, support project managers
• Manage the opening, requests, and financial monitoring of construction sites
• Guarantee the costs, deadlines, and quality of implementations
• Draft municipal notes for contract awards
• Lead and participate in meetings with companies, residents, and project managers
• Implement the energy strategy and master plan validated by the Ville de Lausanne, and provide support and advice for strategy and operation

Profile #####

• ES technician diploma in thermal engineering or training deemed equivalent
• Additional training on construction site safety, an asset
• 5 years of professional experience in project management, construction site monitoring, and quantity surveying
• 3 years of experience in CAD network implementation
• Knowledge of SVGW and SIA standards, an asset
• Knowledge of BIM, Autocad, Win Messerli, and CAN software, an asset
• Mastery of MS Office tools
• Autonomy, decision-making spirit, proactivity
