For them, we have 22 acute and 20 long-term care beds and work closely with public hospitals, doctors, local specialist centers and addiction help institutions. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF (60–100%) – Focus Long-term Care Your tasks Professional nursing: You take over the holistic nursing and care of our residents. Daily responsibility: You manage the nursing process and maintain an overview even on intensive days. Nursing documentation: You record the nursing needs precisely (RAI\-knowledge is a big plus here). Primary nursing: You are a fixed contact person for residents, relatives and doctors. Your profile Education: Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF / DN II / AKP or an equivalent, EDK-recognized education. Experience: Sound professional experience in long-term care. Expertise: Ideally, you are already familiar with the RAI system (not a must – we are happy to train you).
