In addition to the ski area, Bergbahnen Disentis AG operates the Catrina-Resort with holiday apartments, the Catrina-*Hotel, the Catrina-Lodge, the Catrina-Hostel and 11 catering businesses on the mountain and in the valley. Also part of our group are two modern sports shops with bike / ski rental, as well as numerous sports articles. Our guests come predominantly from the German-speaking region, Scandinavia, Ticino and Northern Italy. Each of our employees makes a valuable contribution to ensure our guests a unique Catrina-Experience - holiday experience.

Service Employee for Breakfast Service (m/f)

Area of activity:

• Preparation and supervision of the breakfast buffet
• Opening of the restaurant and reception of guests
• Daily Mise en Place
• Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP and the associated cleaning of the equipment and materials used

Requirements:

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist is an advantage
• Experience in gastronomy
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and joy in dealing with our guests
• Teamwork skills and flexibility (weekend shifts)
• Good German skills
