In this versatile position, you contribute directly to the smooth running of the manufacturing processes. Activities:

• You undertake the independent loading, controlling, and monitoring of state-of-the-art fiber optic extrusion systems.
• You set up the machines precisely based on specifications, work plans, and specific recipes.
• You ensure the timely processing and preparation of the individual manufacturing orders.
• You provide the required raw materials and condition them exactly according to the parts list.
• You always keep an eye on the ongoing manufacturing process and intervene immediately with corrective actions in case of deviations.
• You perform regular quality checks and reliably record the measured values.
• You hand over the finished products properly to the subsequent stages.
• You maintain, clean, and service the assigned systems independently as part of simple maintenance work.
• You actively participate in optimization processes (Lean / 5S) to continuously improve workflows.
• You guarantee seamless information exchange during shift changes.
• You record operational key figures and evaluate them systematically.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you already bring experience in controlling and operating industrial production systems.
• You possess a strong technical understanding as well as solid basic mechanical knowledge.
• You are characterized by a quick grasp and enthusiasm for technical processes.
• You work extremely independently, reliably, and conscientiously.
• You are fully prepared to work in a flexible shift system (up to the shift model).
• You have an open-minded, team-oriented, and adaptable personality.
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• You are physically fit and appreciate hands-on work in the daily manufacturing routine.
