Childcare Specialist Schule Neubühl, 27-35 %

For our school childcare, we are looking for a Childcare Specialist, starting immediately or by arrangement, temporarily until 31 July 2027.

Tasks ##

As a Childcare Specialist, you will accompany children of kindergarten and school age at the Tagesschule Neubühl during non-instructional time. Together with the childcare team, you will design a varied after-school everyday life and promote the children in their personal and social development. You will work from Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 14:00, on Wednesdays until 18:00 if required. During school holidays, you will benefit from at least eight weeks of vacation.

Your tasks include:

• Co-designing the childcare daily routine and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Accompanying and promoting the children in their personal, social, and emotional development
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate play, creative, and leisure activities
• Appreciative cooperation within the childcare team as well as with teachers and parents
• Participation in pedagogical working groups and co-designing the further development of the Tagesschule
• Taking on organizational and domestic tasks in the after-school everyday life

Profile ##

• Apprenticeship as a Childcare Specialist or Specialist for Early Childhood Education EFZ mandatory. For applications with a foreign diploma, a Swiss diploma recognition must be attached.
• Joy and interest in promoting children
• Joy in interacting with people of different cultures, as well as readiness for interdisciplinary cooperation in the school team
• Professional experience in the childcare of children
• Solid German language skills
