Construction Foreman

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Foreman Elementwerk for a permanent position.

Your challenge:

• Leadership and coordination of a team in the Elementwerk
• Organization and monitoring of daily production processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and deadline specifications
• Participation in the manufacture of precast concrete elements
• Control of production processes as well as ongoing quality checks
• Support in the induction and instruction of employees

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a mason, concrete worker, or comparable training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the main construction industry or in precast concrete production
• Crane operator's license category C and forklift license an advantage
• Good German language skills
• Strong quality awareness
• Reliable, responsible, and independent way of working
• Leadership experience an advantage
• Teamwork skills and resilience
