The objectives of this department (grouping 9 medical services) are to provide diagnostics, therapeutic products, therapeutic acts, and specialized clinical consultations, of high medical quality, in the shortest possible time and at an acceptable cost, to guide patient care and contribute to therapeutic decisions and actions. It develops a clear vision: to federate and be a center of excellence in medico-technical disciplines for the benefit of patient care. The mission of the cyberhealth and telemedicine service is to project the expertise, excellence, and dynamism of the HUG beyond usual geographical and institutional borders, thanks to information and communication technologies. The position is in close collaboration with the Direction of digital transition and augmented intelligence as well as the Innovation Center piloting two digital platforms: Concerto, for patients; and MonEspacePro for professionals in the city. These platforms are developed in close collaboration with users and our health network partners. Job Description ## The cyberhealth and telemedicine service co-develops innovative digital solutions (web and mobile applications) to improve the practice of professionals and the experience of patients. You will join the development team of the communication portal between the HUG and the city "MonEspacePro" as a fullstack developer. Through your expertise, you will develop a new management component for the repository of the cantonal care network. You will develop both the front-end and back-end parts, utilizing a microservices API architecture and cutting-edge technologies. You will work from a current and demanding stack based on Java/Spring-Springboot and event-oriented with Kafka as well as Angular/TypeScript. You will create the component and guarantee its maintenance, while ensuring rigorous monitoring in consultation with the product manager. You will collaborate closely with the team to develop reliable and scalable solutions and features. You will share best practices and adopt a critical and constructive approach with a view to continuous improvement. Throughout the product lifecycle, thanks to your sense of communication, you will contribute to software development in an optimal and structured manner, ensuring an essential link between the cyberhealth service, partner teams, the professions involved, and external stakeholders. You will adapt your language according to your interlocutors to popularize technical terms, challenge proposed solutions, and actively collaborate with stakeholders to find the most relevant adaptations. In addition, you will ensure the updating and drafting of necessary documentation. You will leverage your synthesis skills and pragmatism to carry out your mission within the allotted deadlines and guarantee a quality result. You will rely on your ability to synthesize and your pragmatism to move forward and conduct your activity within the allotted deadlines. Qualifications ## You hold a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in computer science or a degree deemed equivalent. Experience in fullstack development is an advantage. You have knowledge in IT projects and architecture and an appetite for digital health. You master Angular (21+) and CSS3+ frameworks by developing on a reactive architecture. In addition, you master Java/J2EE (21+) technologies with the Spring Framework, in particular Spring Boot, Spring Data r2dbc and Spring Security, but also OAuth2, Hibernate and SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL). You have performed unit and integration tests, with the Junit5 and Mockito testing tools. Knowledge of event-oriented microservices architecture (Project Reactor) and expertise in the Kafka solution is an asset. You know how to write PostgreSQL migration SQL scripts in order to maintain and evolve the relational database schema. You commonly use collaboration tools, such as GIT/BitBucket, JIRA and Confluence as well as Maven and Docker build tools. Furthermore, in-depth knowledge of agile methods (Scrum) is a plus. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to evolve effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
