Your field of activity As a Team Leader, you lead the department according to the service mandate and target specifications in cooperation with the department management. You are responsible for the leadership of several employees from various professional groups of the nursing team and take over their deputy role in the absence of the department management. Your experience You have completed training as an Experte/Expertin Intensivpflege Pädiatrie NDS HF and have further training in the field of leadership or the willingness to complete it. Furthermore, you are characterized by high personal and social competence.
