Demanding plant and infrastructure projects with high relevance for sustainability, energy efficiency, and the environment are realized throughout Switzerland.

For the project management, we are looking for a technically savvy, convincing personality who possesses business-fluent French and Italian and leads projects confidently to success.
You are responsible for projects holistically from a technical, organizational, and commercial perspective. You are the central interface between customers, authorities, suppliers, internal specialist departments, as well as assembly and commissioning teams.

Your Task ##

• Overall responsibility for projects (costs, deadlines, quality)
• Leadership of project teams as well as management of external partners
• Customer care, meetings, and negotiations in French (Romandie)
• Customer care, meetings, and negotiations in Italian (Ticino)
• Planning, procurement, scheduling, and resource management
• Project controlling, reporting, and professional project documentation
• Ensuring standard-compliant implementation and high quality standards

Your Profile ##

• Technical basic training (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical, HVAC, environmental/energy technology or similar)
• Continuing education in project management (Technician HF / Engineer FH / PM certificate an advantage)
• Several years of experience as a project manager in a technical plant or system environment
• Business-fluent French (C1 / very strong B2+)
• Business-fluent Italian (C1 / very strong B2+)
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working, assertiveness, confident appearance
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
