Pflegefachperson), you will care for our residents and take responsibility for the interRAI LTCF assessments – this way you can actively contribute your expertise and help shape the quality of care. What awaits you with us Professional nursing and loving support for our residents Responsibility for interRAI LTCF, including implementation, evaluation and ensuring highest data quality Active participation in care planning, participation in case discussions and close interdisciplinary cooperation Professional support and guidance of the team in nursing issues Ensuring complete, precise and professional nursing documentation What you bring with you Completed training as FaGe EFZ or Dipl.
